My internship is part of my Master’s programme Physics, of which I am currently enrolled in the specialisation Research in Physics: Quantum Matter and Optics, at Leiden University. I joined the Interacting Photons group in September 2019 for a Masters internship that lasted 6 months. During that time, I observed observe room temperature steady-state superfluidity of photons for the first time. Currently, I am working on a new experimental platform for probing many-body physics with light in a tunable cavity at low temperatures.
